2025 CVMA Annual Meeting

 

 

The Connecticut Veterinary Medical Association is pleased to announce that the 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on October 7th and 8th. We look forward to welcoming veterinarians and veterinary team members to the Hilton Mystic for two days of continuing education lectures, wet labs and special events.  

 

Online registration has closed on Monday, October 6th. Walk-in registration will be available for lectures only on Wednesday, October 8th.

While there is plenty of parking, you may wish to arrive a few minutes early to find your spot and get settled.

 

Accommodations: The CVMA has held a block of rooms at the Hilton Mystic  at a discounted rate of $179/night, not including taxes and resort fees.

The last day to reserve a room in the block is Friday, September 12, 2025.

 

The Registration Desk will open on Tuesday, October 7th from 7:30am - 8:30am and from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and will be open on Wednesday, October 8th from 7:30am - 4:30pm. 

 

Proceedings: A link to the digital proceedings will be sent out in advance of the meeting. There will be no printed proceedings. Attendees can download or print a copy of the notes in advance or access them on a laptop or tablet with free wireless service in the conference area at the meeting.

 

Annual Meeting Meals: Continental Breakfast and AM/PM breaks will be provided on Wednesday, October 8th in the Schooner and Clipper Exhibitor Halls. Annual Meeting attendees who are not attending the Lunch & Learn will be provided with a $25 gift card to purchase lunch and explore Old Mistick Village. Lunch will be ordered for attendees who are unable to leave the hotel. Please visit the registration desk for more details.

Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for those who are registered for the full day Dental lab on Tuesday, October 7th. 

 

Tuition Refund Policy: Cancellations received prior to Tuesday, September 30 will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be provided after that date.
